You open VoidPro to do one of two things: raise a new job, or open a live one and add to it. Everything else follows from that.
Raise the job
Type the address and you have a job. Start from the office's Excel scope and the lines come in by room. Or type a schedule code and the description, unit and rate fill in from your client's rate book.
Work through it room by room
Each line carries its own before and after photos, site notes and status. Mark it done when it is done. Extra work goes in as a variation and shows up flagged for the client's approval.
Hand over
One tap builds the Scope Evidence Report. Share it or save it as a PDF. There is a second version for your subcontractor with your own works left out, and a third for snags.
It will not let a bad handover through.
Meters, certificates, keys and the site pack are checked every time the report is built. If anything is outstanding the report says so at the top, in red, before the client has to ask.
You see the same warning on the job screen, so nothing reaches the office half finished.

Set a completion date and the job takes its colour: green with time in hand, amber when it is close, red when it is due. The most urgent job is always first, so nobody has to ring round to find out what is late.

Once the scope of works is approved, closing the job properly is harder than it should be. To hand a property back we had to send a lot of separate files, and it was still difficult to give the client one accurate record of what was done.
With VoidPro those files come down to a few, and the Scope Evidence Report gives the client very accurate information about the whole project. I built it for my own sites first. It is growing into an app for managing many sites at once.
